Cure For Sinus

I am suffering From Sinus problem for the past 4 years.?

I consulted many doctors in Alopathy And Homeopathy. In Alopathy Said Immediate surgery. But In Homeopathy said Not necessary. But its not curable in Both. My problem is relating with frequent sneezing, pain in under eye , side of my nose and forehead,Constant headache also.Chill weather not suit for me.

Is there any remedy. which one is best.Some people said stress also one of the reasons.some one told me Meditation is good. I am worried and confused lot. Waiting for your reply.
