   My sinus operation was pretty much a waste of time – my sinus is only clear when I am regularly running, about three miles each night, and two or three times a week.

   To loosen it up put Vick or a proprietary inhalant into a basin of hot water and inhale with a towel over the head. It makes your eyes water but it works!
