How to cure a sinus allergy reaction completely?

I developed an allergic reaction to dust a few years ago and i have ever since been put on different histamines to try and ease the discomforts. I would use the pills for a few months before i develop a resistance to the drug and would have to change to another one. This has gone on for a long time and now i want something that will completely rid me of the allergies. My nose itch, my throat is dry and itches as well and and i cant stop scratching at my eyes and cheeks. Now my eyes are red and itchy all the time. My nose is forever running, please help a lady in distress!!
